When you enter this newly renovated townhome on the main floor you have access to the back patio and BBQ as well as the game room (formerly garage) which features a big screen TV, two player pop-a-shot, mini ping pong, and two arcade systems. One king bedroom with built in desk and an ensuite bathroom is located on this level as well. This is also where you will find the washer and dryer (as well as iron, ironing board, broom and vacuum). Going up one flight of stairs leads you to another King bedroom with ensuite bath and views of the forest behind. This floor also has a half bath, full kitchen (including margarita machine), family room with big screen TV and dining area. While everyone can't sit at the same table there is enough seating for 13 people to eat at the same time. This level has a patio with seating for four that faces the ocean with peekaboo views and great sunsets. Going up the final set up stairs leads to 3 more bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature full size trundle beds with twins underneath and share a hallway bathroom and closet. The last bedroom on this level is another king bedroom featuring a large ensuite with a walk-in shower as well as a separate large bath tub. This bedroom also has a small patio with seating for two for even better ocean and sunset views. In between the two building is the community pool. It is open year-round, but it is not heated so unless you want the polar plunge you might wait until summer for the pool.

Any tampering with ring doorbell, thermostats, internet router or other connected devices will result in immediate cancellation of reservation and guests will be required to leave immediately.

If needed there is also an inflatable queen bed located in the second-floor bedroom closet.
