Located high in the White Oak Resort, you can enjoy great views from the dining room table, family room and porch. Our cabin backs to the Smoky Mountain National Forest so from the screened in porch you have privacy and endless beauty. The upstairs open loft/3rd bedroom has its own access to the screened in porch and feels as though you are in a treehouse. The guests in the 3br/loft will have to use one of the downstairs bathrooms. Also, the loft has two full beds (with twins underneath). The twin beds will not be made but sheets and blankets are in the dresser. Because the cabin backs to the National Forest, even though I have monthly pest control, there will be the occasional bug, spider, ladybug and other creepy crawlies. Besides the spiders mentioned above, no pets of any type are allowed per HOA rules (and due to severe allergies).

Quiet Hours 10PM - 8AM Maximum Occupancy 8 people Any tampering with camera on stairs, thermostats, internet router, electronic locks or other connected devices will result in immediate cancellation of reservation and guests will be required to leave immediately.

Some things that are beyond my control are rain/snow. Sometimes the weather can result in the power going out, cable going out, internet going out. While every effort will be made to resolve any outages - refunds/discounts will not be offered for these or other inconveniences. Linens are provided but it is not possible to provide fresh towels every day for everybody. There will be 8-10 towels in the home upon check in. I do provide a few washing pods and so you are welcome to wash your towels if necessary/desired.
